1. Raviraj Amrittulya is responsible for handling packaging, logistics, marketing, and both online and offline IT infrastructure. These support systems are designed to help franchises boost their sales and enhance their brand value, with the ultimate objective being profit maximization for the entire franchise family.
2. All equipment required for setting up the franchise will be sourced from our partner company. The equipment prices have already been fixed through our expertise and in consideration of quality standards. This approach ensures uniformity across all franchises. As part of the agreement, all equipment will be supplied, although the actual price may vary slightly based on current market rates and exceptional branch-specific shop areas.
3. Central to our business model is tea-making training, provided free of cost. This training will be conducted either at the Raviraj Amrittulya home branch or at the nearest operational outlet in the respective area.
4. Franchisees will have the option to either have all materials and interior work completed by Raviraj Amrittulya’s selected vendors or take on interior responsibilities while maintaining brand display and values.
5. Franchise owners will need to purchase the tea formula set (comprising Tea Powder, Sugar, and Tea Masala) from Raviraj Amrittulya. The pricing for these materials may slightly fluctuate based on raw material costs.
6. A territory alignment radius of 2 kilometers will be maintained between Raviraj Amrittulya franchise outlets to prevent conflicts and maximize footfall.
7. In terms of snacks, franchisees are permitted to offer ready-to-serve items such as bun maska, cream rolls, biscuits, as well as items that can be prepared at the outlet, including sandwiches, vadas, dosas, upma, and poha. Additionally, cold drinks, water bottles, lassi, and chhas can be sold alongside tea. Profits generated from selling snack items and cold drinks belong entirely to the franchise owners; no profit-sharing is required.
Each Raviraj Amrittulya’s Franchise Outlet’s monthly sales and profits may vary based on factors such as shop location, market conditions in the area, and local customer preferences.
